My main interest lies with people, technology and marketing. This is the combination that will shape our future. It also is the combination that can make companies personal again and allows people to build new relationships with brands and organizations.
Part of my aim with this blog is to show ways in which companies can build relationships with their customers. Because I strongly believe that the companies that will be successful in the future are the companies that focus on facilitating their customers in achieving their goals.
In 2009 I have started Relationists. Our aim is to assist companies to switch from broadcasting their message to initiating and maintaining the dialog with their customers. n practice this means helping organizations to be where their customers are instead of asking customers to come to them. This is a change that will affect the whole company. It asks for a customer focussed approach to both its internal as well as its external processes. This means that we start out with a thorough analysis of the company and then integrate the relational approach into a current sales and marketing approach or rewrite the sales and marketing strategy completely if necessary.
The use of online social media often is a part of the strategy we implement at Relationists. However, we have found that a meeting in person often strengthens the relationship between people greatly. For this reason, I have started Meetial. Meetial is an internet startup which proactively connects your online and offline network with the empty spaces in your calendar.
If you want to talk to me about initiating a dialog with your customers or if you want to discuss Meetial or your own business ideas with me, please get in touch with me through mail on info@arnehulstein.nl, call me on +31 653 961 138 or talk to me on Twitter, Facebook, Friendfeed, Linkedin or find me on other social networks through Google.
