Okay, I know this is probably the most traditional Christmas poem known to the world. Today is the day before Christmas and I thought it would be nice to do some appropriate twittering. How about it? I started with the ‘Twas the night before Christmas poem by Clement Clarke Moore (though the origin is disputed…). I am hoping we can twitter the rest of the poem and add it in comments below. I will also broadcast the lines on Twitter now and later today.
‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the web
Not a creature was tweeting, not even @amouse;
The mobiles were set on the chimney with care,
In hopes that St Nicholas soon would tweet there;
The tweeters were nestled all snug with their screens,
While visions of Santa’s tweets danced in their heads;

Send the poem out twice on twitter and jaiku and no response. Oh well, it was quiet all round the house I guess.
